Sheila’s career quilt has had one continuous thread: the human side of transformation. Helping people navigate to a desired state that results in a win-win outcome for the business. A culturally literate change champion, she understands the complexities of global, matrixed organizations and the importance of diverse perspectives on an organization’s future.
Prior to founding Enduring Transformation LLC, she was the Director of Enterprise Learning and Development – Corporate Staff and Administration at Pitney Bowes where she spent 16 impactful years, including an overseas assignment.
